I set my coaching and leadership development consultancy, What Next Consultancy in 2009 following a 20-year career as a senior HR professional within the corporate world. As I am passionate about helping individuals and organisations to reach their full potential, I wanted to use my unique and proven coaching skills to help clients to achieve tangible results, supercharging their performance and elevating their careers or business to the next level. I have now personally coached hundreds of clients, with thousands more have attended my corporate workshops achieving outstanding results.
