I work closely with organisations to understand their needs and aspirations before embarking on any coaching assignment, whether with an individual, team or collection of individuals from across the business.
In my work, I employ a range of modalities from a robust toolkit, including Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), and Executive Coaching, complimented by traditional coaching methods.
My approach is entirely bespoke, as I believe that, although we all have the same underlying basic human needs, there is no ‘one size fits all’ when it comes to coaching.

How does it work?
I will work with the sponsor (organisation’s representative) to understand the aims and desired outcomes for coaching before meeting with the direct client. Following that, I will have a 15-minute call with the client to introduce myself (and coaching if they are not familiar with it) and arrange a face-to-face or virtual session. All conversations between the coach and client will be held in the strictest confidence.
