Executive Business Coaching

Corporate Coaching That Delivers Real Change — Fast

Transformational business coaching isn’t just about insight—it’s about action. My approach centres on creating long-lasting behavioural change that delivers tangible, sustainable results, often in as few as three to four sessions, even in complex or sensitive cases.

I partner with organisations to deeply understand their needs and aspirations before designing any coaching intervention—whether that’s working one-to-one, with a leadership team, or across departments.

A Bespoke, Results-Driven Approach

There’s no ‘one-size-fits-all’ when it comes to human development. While we all share basic human needs, each person’s journey is unique. My coaching style is highly tailored, drawing from a robust toolkit that includes:

  • Executive Coaching

  • Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP)

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

  • Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

  • Trauma-informed Coaching

  • Traditional coaching frameworks (including GROW and solutions-focused models)

This powerful combination enables me to tackle everything from mindset and behavioural shifts to practical workplace challenges and leadership development.

Common Coaching Areas

I help clients overcome barriers, accelerate growth, and build confidence in areas such as:

  • Leadership development (delegation, motivation, handling conflict)

  • New manager onboarding and support

  • Personal performance and productivity

  • Career progression and professional visibility

  • Overcoming limiting beliefs

  • Advanced interpersonal and communication skills

  • Setting and achieving meaningful goals

  • Time and energy management

  • Work/life balance and boundary-setting

  • Managing anxiety, stress, and overwhelm

  • Building resilience and avoiding burnout

  • Managing difficult workplace relationships

Specialist Coaching Support

Neurodiversity

I have deep experience supporting neurodivergent individuals, whether diagnosed or not. I help clients work with their strengths while managing challenges like emotional regulation, interpersonal skills, deadlines, and executive function. My coaching is always affirming, practical, and strengths-based.

Menopause

Up to 1 in 4 women consider leaving work due to menopause symptoms. I provide a confidential, supportive space for menopausal clients to understand what’s happening, feel validated, and create practical, tailored strategies to remain confident, capable, and in control.

Burnout and Wellbeing

I work closely with HR teams to support employees experiencing work-related stress, anxiety, or burnout. Coaching can often help individuals stay in work or return more quickly—reducing the need for long-term absence or referral to Occupational Health services.

How Coaching Works

I start by meeting with the organisation’s sponsor (e.g. HR or line manager) to understand the goals for coaching. Then I arrange a 15-minute introduction call with the individual to explain the process, build rapport, and answer any questions.

Sessions are held virtually or in person, and everything discussed between coach and client is completely confidential.

Is Coaching Right for You?

If you know that expertise, commitment, and hard work alone aren’t always enough to thrive, coaching can help.

I provide a structured yet flexible approach that gives clients the space to reflect, the tools to grow, and the strategies to succeed—both personally and professionally.
