What You Can Expect
My coaching combines proven techniques including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) with practical, down-to-earth tools you can use straight away.
I won’t just listen and nod. You’ll get honest feedback, simple techniques, and powerful mindset shifts that make a lasting difference.
You’ll also be expected to do the work between sessions. That means homework—nothing scary, but essential for real change. You’ll leave each session with clear action steps tailored to your goals.
The Practical Stuff
Sessions: Around 2 hours each (face-to-face or online).
Frequency: Usually every 4–5 weeks.
Packages: Minimum of 3 sessions, paid upfront.
Support: Reasonable contact between sessions included.
Confidentiality: 100% private. Always.
